Chargers Football & Cheer Registration

Registration will be open April 15th - July 1st 2024 & June 12th for Cheer

• Cost of Registration: $130 per Player or Cheerleader and $230 for household and it is due at time of online registration.
• Weigh in’s: Weds May 15th, 5-7 & Mon July 1st, 5-7, located near high school bus barn. It’s mandatory that ALL football players stop by and weigh in at one of our two weighs in dates provided. This is what helps us determine what division you player will be in.
• Mandatory Cheer Uniform fitting: Weds June 12th, 5-7, located near high school bus barn. If you cannot make this date, you will be responsible to reach out to a cheer coach to make other arrangements.
• Mandatory Parent Meeting & Gear handout (FOOTBALL ONLY): Weds July 17th, 5:30-7:30, located at the High School in between both gyms.
• Birth Certificates: If it's your child first time signing up with Chargers Football or Cheer, we will need a copy of their birth certificate uploaded to the website at the time of registration. 
• Sports Physical: Physicals are required for EVERY PLAYER both Football and Cheer every season. MUST be dated between Jan 1st 2024 - July 22nd 2024 (first day of practice). If you do not have this completed by registration, no problem. Please email them to cloverdalechargersfootball@gmail.com 
• Practices for both Football and Cheerleading: Begins Monday July 22nd and are 5 days a week until school begins and then reduce to 3 days a week.
• Jamboree: Tentatively scheduled for Sat August 3rd or August 10th.
• Games: Begin Saturday August 17th and go through October with payoffs beginning of Nov. 

This season Chargers will be using the Sports Engine app for parent communication and scheduling.

AGE/GRADE AND WEIGHT LIMITS (FOOTBALL)

MUST BE 7 YEARS OLD BY 7/22/2024

Pee Wee - (7 yrs old – 10 yrs old or up to 4th grade) – Max 95lbs

JV - (8 yrs old – 12 yrs old or up to 6th grade) – Max 125lbs

Varsity - (13 yrs old – 14 yrs old or up to 8th grade) Max 160lbs

AGE/GRADE (CHEER)

MUST BE 7 YEARS OLD BY 7/22/2024
